
Pumpkinpasta with sheep cheese and pine nuts

6 apples
120 g flour
2 eggs
125 ml milk
1 tbsp of sugar
1 pinch of salt
150 ml oil

Preparation
Peel, core and slice the apples.
Dough:
Mix the flour and the milk with a whisk, add the eggs, salt and sugar and mix into a smooth dough.
Heat the oil in a pan, hold the apple slices with a fork or pliers and dip them into the batter. Bake in the oil until golden on both sides.
Drain the finished apple wheels briefly on a plate with kitchen paper and serve sprinkled with icing sugar and cinnamon. Maybe enjoy with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
